Dos Graneros is thoughtfully integrated into the natural slope of the land, balancing privacy with expansive views. Its placement allows uninterrupted vistas from the courtyard and living spaces while remaining discreet from the street.

Inspired by the architecture of traditional barns, the home features two intersecting volumes arranged in a dynamic “V” formation. This layout maximizes panoramic views while creating a private central courtyard.

A responsive façade system allows control over light, shade, and privacy, adapting the home to different moments of the day. At its core, an infinity pool introduces a cooling microclimate and enhances the sensory experience with the sound of cascading water.

Designed for both social connection and personal retreat, Dos Graneros offers flexible living spaces centered around a courtyard that brings people together while maintaining a sense of privacy.
